 ONLINE APPLICATION PROCEDURE

UNDERGRADUATE/COLLEGE

 

STEP 1:  Fill-up the APPLICATION FORM.  All fields with asterisk (*) are mandatory fields.

STEP 2:  UPLOAD all the REQUIREMENTS stated on the list requirements on the provided link below.  All MANDATORY should be uploaded. All the other requirements may be submitted at a later date.

STEP 3:  Click SUBMIT and wait for an EMAIL and SMS confirmation of your application.  The automated message contains your log in details which you should save and maintain to allow you to re-access your application portal.

STEP 4: Pay the admissions fee of Php 500 via any of the following bank accounts or via Gcash:

STEP 5: ACCESS your student portal using the provided log-in details.

  • CLICK the TUITION MENU

  • SELECT the ADMISSIONS FEE

  • UPLOAD a copy of the proof of payment

STEP 6: Once uploading is successful, the Finance Office will verify your payment. You will be notified of the result of your application within 3-5 working days from the time you uploaded the proof of payment.

STEP 7:  You MAY BE INVITED for a series of interviews either online or face-to-face for further evaluation as necessary.  Otherwise, you will immediately receive the final result of your application via email and/or SMS.  Make sure that you provide your active email address and mobile number to receive all the communications from the SPU Manila Admissions and Academic Internationalization Office.

Note:  We are not yet conducting entrance examinations.  The basis of the evaluation will be the documents that you will be uploading and the series of interviews.

STEP 8: Once the last interview with the  Program Chairperson or his delegate is completed, you will be notified via email and/or SMS of the result of our application within 3-5 working days from the date of your last interview, which would include the next step of the admissions process.

STEP 5: ACCESS your student portal using the provided log-in details.

STEP 6: Once uploading is successful and the payment has been verified from the Finance Office, the evaluation process will commence. The document evaluation process may take within 7-10 working days.

STEP 7:  You MAY BE INVITED for a series of interviews either online or face-to-face for further evaluation as necessary.  Otherwise, you will immediately receive the final result of your application via email and/or SMS.  Make sure that you provide your active email address and mobile number to receive all the communications from the SPU Manila Admissions and Academic Internationalization Office.
